In an interview with Mr. Tobias Lindner, Minister of State at German Federal Foreign Office, conducted in Berlin on June 27, 2022 Bestoon Khalid raised questions on Germany's military mission in Iraq and probabilities to renew the mission which comes to an end in October. Bestoon also asked questions to the German minister on his country's position when it comes to dealing with the outlawed militias in Iraq, parliamentary elections, formation of new cabinet in Baghdad and relations between the Kurdistan Region and central Iraqi government.
