Bestoon Khalid conducted in interview with Captain Bart van den Heuvel, senior Dutch military advisor to the Ministry of Peshmerga, on May 29, 2022 about reforms in Peshmerga forces.
"Both sides [KDP and PUK] are really willing to cooperate with the international advisory group, especially we see a lot of interaction from the Seventy side [PUK forces], and Seventy are very very clear on trying to move as many brigades as possible into the MOPA (Ministry of Peshmerga Affairs)," said Captain Bart van den Heuvel, in the interview.
